โIt was a little pricey but very clean and staff was wonderful. I did not get a welcome gift. Bed was comfortable. Coffee good. Breakfast was very good. All in all a great night away .โ
โI greatly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites Madison Downtown. Check-in was easy. My room was clean and comfortable. I was easily able to reach a staff member when I needed something. There were many shopping and dining options within walking distance. The breakfast and evening reception were awesome. I appreciated the onsite laundry facilities. โ
โPerfect for our one night stay. We walked to dinner and the the Overture Center. The mansion has so much character. My husbad did feel the bed was lobsided. My side was fine. Scones and coffee were great!โ
โWe were very pleased with our stay. Our room looked exactly what was shown on their website. Was clean and well kept. Prompt with responding back to questions. The roof top was an extra perk that we really enjoyed at night. Loved how close we were to the Dane County Farmers Market (less than 10min walk). Would definitely stay here again ๐โ
โI would like to mention the shuttle driver who drove the hotel shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM on July 19. He checked my flight at the airport website in advance because it was raining with thunder and found that my flight from Madison to Chicago got canceled. Then he guided me to the counter of the American Airline in the airport and confirmed it together. In the meantime he called to the hotel and figure out the bus schedule to the Chicago airport. โI could smell smoke from the restroom all night long but they said thereโs nothing they can do with it. One lady I met in the morning was kind but the front lady was not. Also the hotel is quite different from the picture from homepage and there were no water bottles in bending machine.โ
โHighly recommend this hotel. Great location, excellent staff, and very clean. Iโm the type of person that doesnโt like staying at hotels because of the cleanliness, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the lobby, everything was very clean, and the room was extremely clean. No traces of dust and bathroom was impeccable. Breakfast was incredible, and loved I had target and Whole Foods at a walking distance in case I needed anything. I will definitely be back. โ
