We wanted to send a quick note to mention that Elliottโs and Loraineโs help with getting our room earlier, making it easy with the luggage and late check out - all of this made the vacation in Biaritz extremely amazing.
The Palmito suite with the terrace also made a difference - we C spent time in warm weather reading, having a glass of wine, enjoying morning coffee.
Friendly staff made us feel always welcome.

โAll the staff and in particular Emma of the Concierge have been great and very helpful in sorting out a problem and getting us to the airport when our rented car had broken down.

โThis hotel is all nice. The receptionist are very kind. They helped me a lot when I need some help. And the location is so good to get to the beach. And you can get to the supermaket behind the hotel. And the best thing for me is not a carpet. Which is so clean and very cozy. I do recommend you this hotel. I love everything in this hotel. And also you can park a car in front of the hotel.

Le restaurant roof top trรจs cool avec vue sur l'ocรฉan. Les plats sont excellents, bien qu'un peu chers pour la quantitรฉ. J'y suis allรฉ ร 3 reprises, tout est trรจs bon.
Piscine roof top trรจs sympa.

-finitions de la chambre encore en cours je pense. Manque un bout de plinthe, cache prise derriere meuble inexistant,...

โA great location only seconds away from Port Vieux beach yet set on a quiet road. The hosts Stephanie & Thierry are super helpful.
They are proud and passionate Basques who can recommend what we see in the region.
Breakfast was lovely including local Basque cheese, ham & jam.
The only place to stay in Biarritz in my opinion.
