La bienvenida fue buena el trato del personal agradable solo que ciertas reglas sería importante que lo mencionaran antes de hacer la reservación en la habitación salía muy poca agua pero en general estuvo bien

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento al área de albercas, limpieza y un buffet más variado

Excelente el upgrade de habitación que me ofrecieron, aunque no nos pudimos meter al mar por precaución con cocodrilos 🐊

We stayed at Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa from 7/26–7/30/26. The resort itself was nice, and the food and drinks were good. Unfortunately, several rude interactions with staff overshadowed the positives. The front desk staff were unfriendly during check-in and when we asked for beach towels. At the bakery, my son asked for a waffle during waffle hours and an older employee rudely told him, “No, I’m not making a waffle. It will take a long time.” I understand they were busy, but there was no reason to speak to a child that way. The worst experience was with bartender Jimena. I ordered a **virgin piña colada**. When she began making it, I noticed she added alcohol and politely reminded her I wanted it without alcohol. She became visibly upset, threw the cup into the sink, and made an inappropriate comment. I was shocked by her reaction. There was also significant construction noise, and not enough pool/beach chairs. A waiter told us we would need to wake up around 6–6:30 AM and leave belongings on chairs to reserve them. The property has potential, but guests should not feel uncomfortable asking staff for basic services. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, we would not recommend this resort or stay here again. Need to add more but can only keep it at 1500 characters

Check in rápido personal y nos recibieron con unos minutos de masaje en los hombros, un cálido y excelente recibimiento, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias a 12 min del aeropuerto, instalaciones y jardines hermosos, la comida muy buena, mi única sugerencia es tener un taxi más cercano porque si pides taxi toma su tiempo para llegar
