"Had an amazing stay at Chichipicas. The entire hotel felt like a being at a spa. The staff were friendly and attentive, food was great and the pool is a dream. The rooms are clean and comfortable and every detail was thought of. I hope to be back in the future!"

"This Is Excellent New boutique Hotel With Great Service an awesome service. You could walk to the center of town or take a quick taxi for very nominal price. The rooftop pool area is very quaint and beautiful views of the lake, very enjoyable. Definitely will be back! an awesome service. "Beautiful hotel, well located in town. If you're driving a car, a little tricky, as located on a hill. Only saw 4-5 parking spots. Walking distance to many restaurant. 45min from Herrera Butterfly Sanctuary. Amazing views of the Lake. Rooms are modern and looking like the photos online. Best shower I had the whole trip !!! Just wished they had a mini fridge in the room. Great Nespresso machine. We had 1 breakfast + one dinner at the restaurant on site and it was just ok. It was low season, so it felt like they had to ask the chef to come in, as we were the only couple in there, both times. The Spa was good, we booked a massage. The Pool area was nice, but the water was not heated, so a little to cold for swimming. We didn’t try the bath tubs. Would definitely return. Staff was amazing and always helpful."
