Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. Ask not to stay on first floor. Had i known or been staying more than one night i would have asked too. In the photo of my room booking it only shows the glass balcony so be aware.

Hotel Allon is fantastic. Lovely and clean, rooms fantastic and spotless clean. Staff were all amazing always happy and smiling. Pool was great even though next to road hardly noticed any traffic noise as cars drive so slowly along the front. Will definitely return.

It is a beautiful hotel in a glorious position but mostly all staff are so kind and helpful, friendly and smiling even though the phone never stops. The room was immaculate and bed superbly comfortable. My only complaint was that I needed and booked and double checked to have 5.15am wake up call. This was not done until 5.37am when my taxi arrived!! Good thing I used my phone alarm! The staff member was apologetic.

Amazing balcony views.

Amazing location of hotel on promenade in lovely resort of Villajoyosa. Nice sized room with shower and bath. Hairdryer and in room safe are included in price. Adequate breakfast. Plenty sunloungers, but the pool water was very cold.

Great location. Good price off season

Great location, amazing view Overlooking the sea. I would have liked to have the option to NOT pay for breakfast but it was charged and included in the price of the room. Room was comfortable, nice updated bathroom. Very Friendly male server during breakfast in the breakfast area. Had good recommendations in terms of visiting the town. Parked in the street- free parking but it was off season. I imagine street parking is impossible during the summer, hotel offers onsite paid parking though.

Property area is very nice and charming. the hotel is average, we asked for couple bad but no way, we received room with two single beds. parking is difficult in the area and the hotel don't have space for a lot of cars, the first response at the reception was that there is no parking available. after double check they found space for us..... four stars? Sorry but for this rate it's unacceptable.

Disappointing

Where do I start. We arrived on my birthday after about 9 months of my husband being very I’ll. it was going to be a resting couple of days to recharge. Our room was ok, a little tired and lacking draws, so everything had to be left out, making the room look untidy. There was nowhere to put our toiletries in the bathroom either. But we could live with that. Dinner we were told was at 8 pm and when we arrive there was no food out and we were told to come back in 20 minutes. When we went back there was 3 other people there. We took a look at the buffet and what a shock. There was some salad but very limited. Then some hot food, well I should say lukewarm, dried up and some was cold. So we just had salad, couldn’t really mess that up. I was so upset as it was my birthday, in fact I cried. We have stayed in in many hotels over the years and never been presented with such poor selection and food. We weren’t go to go for breakfast but my husband said let’s at least look. We did have some but even that was cold or lukewarm. The only hot thing was the eggs that were fried for us. I then went and complained to the manager, who if I’m honest wasn’t really bothered. He said he would have a word with the kitchen staff but, he never came back to me!! It really is a shame because the position of the hotel is great and Villajoyosa is lovely. So we went out to eat after that. A very disappointing time away. Good job I’m still not working for Thomas Cook!!

Gute Aussicht auf das Meer, ruhiges Hotel. Sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstückbuffet reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Beim Kaffe wäre eine besserer Kaffeeautomat von Vorteil - ist aber eine Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Ich kann dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen. War ein toller Aufenthalt.

Demasiado pollo para tan poco arroz

La verdad es que el hotel, es muy bonito y moderno por fuera, pero entras dentro y parece que haces un pequeño viaje al pasado. Las habitaciones son poco modernas y faltan enchufes en las mesillas. El aire acondicionado casi lo sacan de la época de "Cuéntame como pasó", además de que funcionaba como quería. Demasiado caro para lo que es la verdad, lo único que se paga es por "tirarte de la cama y caer en la playa". Lo único positivo, es el servicio humano, muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Los desayunos, muy completos, las cenas... para ser buffet deja un poquito que desear.

siisti hotelli jossa kaikilla parveke merelle. Valitettavasti sesongin ulkopuolella ei buffet aamiaista tarjottu, saimme kyllä kaiken haluamamme tilaamalla mutta se ei kuitenkaan ole ihan sama juttu. oli ihana nukahtaa aaltojen kohinaan, rauhallinen siisti ja hiljainen hotelli.
