“No tuvimos toallas de ducha solo de manos y cara, la cama no se subía bien y saltaron tornillos. Nos faltó algún trapo para limpiar o secar los utensilios que utilizamos. Todo lo demás fue de 10, nos encantó. La habitación es bonita, el baño súper bien, la tele es muy grande y la cama bastante cómoda”

“Room was quite compact but spotlessly clean, comfy beds with modern bathroom & decent shower. Good location with a short walk to Moncloa Station with easy access to main Madrid sites via the metro. Communication and access to the building straightforward. Slight downside is lack of natural light as windows need to be obscured as they are right on the street at ground level so not a room you’d want to spend too much time in during the day but then who goes to Madrid to spend time in the room! ”

“Everything seemed to be in order but we left food in the fridge and the next day it was gone, also around 3 am we heard noises and when we went out of the room to check there was a random girl using the bathroom and when she saw us she ran away. When we asked about it to a worker next morning she said that a couple of immigrants usually get in during the night and sleep there and steal food but nobody does anything to stop them or to protect the property, we felt very vulnerable and unsafe after...

“J’ai passé un bon séjour. Pas de dérangement. Tout était fonctionnel. La seule chose ce sont les frais qui s’appliquent en plus si votre vol est retardé et que vous arrivez après 23 h ou à 23 h qui m’ont dérangé mais après ça tout était top”
