"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. "This is a lovely, clean hotel with wonderful staff and only a 7-minute walk from the T2 Valfonda Stazione Santa Maria Novella Tram Stop and the train station. It’s on a very quiet street but within three minutes of restaurants and shopping. The nice-sized rooms are decorated in traditional style but are so well maintained and spotless, as is the whole hotel. Oh, and the room air conditioning is POWERFUL! We would stay here the next time we visit Firenze!"
