“No wifi, no towels at all! , tv didnt have battery’s with remote and zero wifi . Place was horrible. Half used toilet paper and ac that smelt like mold. Grate place. Oh yeah also the toilet had a system problem so it made running water noise all night. Horrible horrible . Just sleep outside and save yourself some money”

“First time staying at the historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, but hopefully won't be our last. Gorgeous property, located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do (concert at Dominion Energy Center, great meal at Julep's, wonderful breakfast at Perly's). Highly recommend if you are looking for a very special stay.”

“Great service ”

“숙소는 깔끔하고 넓어서 아주 좋았습니다. 근처 거리들도 조용해서 잘 쉬다가 갔어요. 다만 식당에서 식사를 하려는데 응대가 너무 늦어 아쉬웠습니다. ”

“I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay...

“Lovely property with very friendly staff. Great location”

“Front desk five star!!”

“clean, nice hotel , reasonable rates.”

“In reality it's an older property but images online look very attractive and show panoramic view of the room. No major issues. But I booked a room with full kitchen but that was not available when i reached there, so I was given a room with a microwave and a small fridge.”

“깨끗하고 직원이 친절해서 좋았습니다”
