"Great place for a night or a month "

"총 14박15일 정도 머물렀는데 새로 OPEN한지 두달밖에 안돼서 모든게 깨끗하고 완벽했어요. 매니저와 스텝모두 친절하고 무엇이든 도와주려고 노력했고 수영장도 너무 관리가 잘되어 있어요~ 머무는 동안 정말 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 다음에도 계속 방문하고 싶어요~ "

"Very responsive host. Very clean and they are always on top of everything. They even let us rent their car. The unit is very spacious, large living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is equip like it’s your own home . There is a large patio by the pool and water is crystal clean cause they clean and scrub it everyday. I highly recommend this place. "

"Outdoor Cocina and eating table. Has a fan inside I took outside because it can get hot. Went swimming right from the back stairs. Convienent with plenty of motorcycle parking "

Living room with large TV Netflix, Youtube Full kitchen La Mirada is at walking distance to the beach, LG garden walk with many restaurants and Mactan Newtown. Thank you the manager of la Mirada Condo is very helpful and nice. We all have a very good vacation!"

"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "
