"Great room, great staff, great breakfast. Our ONLY complaint was room temperature was too hot for sleep! No A/C so you have to leave window and door to balcony open which allows light and street noise. Apparently this issue is common in Zermatt but that doesn’t make it any better. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent stay for my family in Zermatt. Location was perfect. The Spa was a huge highlight. The whole family loved it and it was quite unique and special with views of the Matterhorn.
