Don’t go here for an «authentic Vietnam experience», but spending a couple of nights here will give you a luxurious getaway feeling. After checkout on sunday we went to Minera Hot Springs and spent the rest of the day there. Would absolutely recommend this if you are into onsens.

We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time.

Great resort with private beach and 7 pools, amazing. It also has a little cinema which was a surprise, we tried out one if the movies and weren't disappointed. The "Lemon Grass" restaurant staffs were so well trained, always looking out for customers' needs and comforts. Will definitely come back again.

We loved our 3 days at the Intercontinental. The rooms were beautiful and the pools and beach views were lovely. We dined at several of the options at the grand and all were very delicious - the staff was friendly, helpful, and remembered our names.

좀 추웠어요. 날씨가 덥지 않은 계절인데 건물 전체가 냉방이 되고 있으니 방도 복도도 모두 추웠습니다. 1,2월에는 긴팔이 필요한듯. 수영장 깊이가 1.2m라서 편하게 놀기 좋았고, 평일이라 사람이 별로 없어서 조용했습니다. 음식이 모두 맛있었고 친절합니다. 프로그램 등이 있지 않으므로 수영하고 쉬는 것에 집중하기 좋습니다.

My family had an outstanding experience at this hotel. Every staff member we met was kind, courteous, and helpful. F&B staff went above and beyond in helping to accommodate our allergy-prone toddler’s dietary needs. Can’t give enough praise to the friendly and hardworking people at this hotel.

Our goal was to visit Ho Chi Minh only, but took this 3 hrs free shuttle bus trip due to request from our kids to enjoy the beach. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and a definite 5 star hotel. Everything from the cleanliness of the resort, the design, the decor, the size of the room/ bathroom, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Type and quantity of pool is great - although the resort was crowded you can always find a comfortable spot to rest on. Only downside is the F&B availability, which is very inflated price. There is no shuttle bus provided to the downtown which is 3 KM away with few other affordable restaurants and couple of small convenience store. So there is not much activity around besides the beach. The beach itself was clean due to constant cleaning, but rubbish floating around in sea. We were not comfortable swimming there. The kids helped the cleaner to collect at least a bag full of rubbish from the water.
