"Lovely room, the cot was ready which was great. Staff were very good and helpful. We used the pool but it was very cold and there wasn't enough sun beds to go around."

"We absolutely adored this beautiful hotel! It is picturesque, in a wonderful, quiet location, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was great- lovely, clean and beautifully decorated and we were close to everything, but not in the middle of the busiest areas - which was perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bruges."

"We really like this hotel, the breakfast was very good, good location good parking, taxis were cheap to go into Bruges, we are especially liked Bavo at front desk, his English was better then ours and very helpful and knowable, he made our stay perfect!! The only dislike for the hotel would be no air-conditioning, but they do have fans and it wasn’t that bad but it was a heat wave, the staff is so accommodating! We will definitely come back!"

"We stayed in a mansion suite which was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a delicious welcome box of Belgian chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was incredible with options for every type of diet and a beautiful dining room. The spa was a lovely way to end the day. The location was ideal, quiet yet walkable distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel for couples. It may be a little less appealing for a family due to the open shower which does not provide any option for privacy."
