We could stay at the corner, and it gave us an wonderful memory of Hawaii. Also, thanks to the gopro rental service, we could get nice and clear pictures of turtles! Again, thank you and hope to visit there again within 10 years!โ
โThe unit I stayed in was in Tower II. It has a view of the ocean (in between other high rises) right in front and Diamond Head on the left. Very convenient location and the unit has many amenities, including 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and beach towels. Even has a small cooler that you can put ice in to bring cold drinks to the beach (no more than 5-minute walk). You can even walk to Leonard's Bakery to buy Malasades (maybe 20 minutes)!โ
โIt's in a prime location right next to Waikiki Beach. The parking lot is spacious and thereโs plenty of room. Since it's a new building, the rooms are clean, and the lobby is neat and has a great atmosphere. Best of all, every staff member is incredibly friendly and genuinely humble.โ
โAll the staff were kind, welcoming, and did whatever they could to assist you. For a hostel style hotel, it is the quietest one I've ever been to, despite the usual noise of folks getting up, talking, existing, etc. As for the pods, if I could change anything, it would be the steps to the top bunk. I was fine with it and it's doable for someone who is more able bodied. However, for those who lack upper body strength and even balance, it would be tricky to get up and down without hurting...
โIt was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. It took awhile to figure it and few other guests were confused too who were checking in at same time. Rest of the stay was awesome. It was so...

"I had a vacation with my family @ this resort, which having a wonderful landscape around the resort and gave us an excellent environment for a resting. Room confldition was ver good and gave us beautifule views through a balcony. If I can get a chance to go to Hawaii again, I'll pick this Hilton resort again without any doubt. Especially, Rainbow Tower as your stay was so convinient to access to main pool, beach and Lagoon. "

"It's on Waikiki Beach, and you can enjoy the ocean view at a reasonable price. However, the hotel service is generally very unsatisfactory. Staff don't friendly, and requested service can only be picked up by rushing. Housekeeping calls not answered."
