The room smelt like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes. Tried another room, it smelt the same. The air filter in the room smelt horrible. Dead bug in the bathroom. The room was horrible, will never stay in comfort suites ever again. Originally had 2 night reserved, checked out after 1 night. Daughter’s graduation, almost ruined our trip.

We came home with bed bugs from this hotel. The hotel staff was rude when I called them about it. They need lessons in customer service. Will not be staying here again.

Service was excellent! Newly renovated decor looked great! Hotel room was spacious with nice furniture. Disliked the number of smokers outside the entrance.

I had an unexpected damily emergency. I had to leave waco before i even turned the car off and asked for a refund. Expedia agreed to the refund. Comfort said no with no room for discussion. I k.ow therr are polcies in place but life does happen and no courtesy credit was given

Staff was friendly and helpful! Only issue was the key cards kept losing their magnetic assignment, so we had to keep getting them reset. That being said, the staff was incredibly apologetic each time, and prompt in fixing it each time.

My credit card was charged twice for the stay (not yet cleared), extremely pricey, faulty room television and after long waiting to be resolved we gave up.

Checked in on a Friday had an emergency come up on Saturday had to leave early, so when we left I knew I was going to be charged for Saturday night. Then they charged me another room rate for a penalty of checking out early. Was not informed of this found it on my credit card bill a day later. So was double charged for a night I did not stay.

Fantastic night’s sleep and a wonderful waffke for breakfast, but if youre coming from Houston, arrive in the daylight—the Faulkner Rd. Access is sketch! The bed was really comfortable, and although the hotel seemed really busy for the weekend, there was no noise problem. The one lady prepping breakfast for hundreds of guests Sunday morning had phenomenal hustle- and their waffle batter was better than many other hotel buffets offer. The front desk staff wasn’t too adherent to the front desk, but i had no complaints in checking in. Really can recommend this stay.

Property is poorly located. Hard to get to and in a sketchy area. Desk clerk was smoking when we arrived and it took him several minutes before he came in to help. I would never stay here again!!!!!
