"Clean spacious room. Excellent location. Cool rooftop bar. Adjacent bar and restaurant has the coolest vibe in Waco. Parking is very limited so guests are likely to have to find street parking. Be aware the hotel is directly next to a train track and trains will come through in the middle of the night with the horn blaring."

"Room was clean. Hallways and parking lot also. I didn’t worry very much about a break in happening to my car. Calm quiet are just off the interstate. The air conditioning in the room was exceptional."

"Great stay been there twice. Don’t understand all the taxes on the final bill annd it isn’t calculated on the bill when booking it and why to stay at a property that quit expensive you need to pay for parking. All in all a great place and well located"

"My first room only had scalding hot water in the sink. Maintenance addressed it so it was tolerable. My AC unit was very loud and I woke up middle of the night to a horrible screeching noise from the unit. I had to turn up the AC but it still took an hour to resolve. I reported it the next day and the front desk staff moved me to a different room for my second night. Much bettter experience. Overall the rooms are showing wear and tear. "
