However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.
Other than the noise and parking, everything else was...

"Lovely B&B located a short drive from the coast. Nicky was welcoming and cooked a delicious breakfast with a wide range of options. The room was quiet and clean and her dogs are very friendly. I would highly recommend this B&B and will stay here again."
