“We were stuck in the hallway for 15 - 20 minutes because neither key card would work. My son had to go back to the front desk twice. Finally the lady came and let us in and said the lock was messed up. There was no hot water in the shower at all. There was hair in the sink and something on the toilet seat. We ended up just leaving and driving 2 hours home in the middle of the night. Both employees I came into contact with were very nice.”
