"Don’t offer us 2 water Luke we always get at Hilton want a text- automated likely- asking how things in room were. I said ok but hoped to get water thinking they would send up 2 bottles but never replied to my text so don’t know if just ignored or no one really monitors the texts. Not a big deal "
