โWe had a good stay. I called the property to tell that we are going to be late. When we got there, the staff in charge got us settled in less than 5 mins. I should have gotten her name. She was so nice. It was a wonderful stay. โ
โWe were shocked when the police pounded on the door at 10:20 pm and accused us of setting off fireworks outside. They said the front desk gave them our room number.

โBooked 4 rooms for this hotel 8/19 night and arrived late in the night but only 2 rooms were left for staying over the night. Asked to staff at front but he replied that it was the contract between you and hotels.com and he couldn't help me anymore. 2 rooms were sold to another visitors and no explanation for me in prior to arrival at hotel.
