The whole family loved this place. ultra clean room. staff is friendly as the are in all the locations we have visited. Can’t wait to stay again. Christ is King. "

"Came in at three in the morning, caught in a snow storm. Evening hotel clerk was very kind. However,that is where the caring and kindness stopped! My husband is disabled and has a very difficult time getting around. On our 4th day there, the day we were to check out, my husband was very sick and not feeling well at all. The general manager, did not ask if there was anything he could do for us or if he could help. He instead, came up to the room, was very rude, hateful, condescending and told us if we were not out in 15 minutes he would call the cops on us. All this as I am trying to load up the rolling carts with our suitcases. then proceeded to threaten us as he walked off!! HORRID!!!! I did videotape him threatening to call the police on us for no reason. We will NEVER stay at a Microtel again!!!!! ANYWHERE would have been better than here!!! Awful!!! RUDE!!!! HATEFULL!!!! NONCARING!!!!! ZERO COMPASSION!!! TOTAL DISRESPECT!!!! "

"The local area had lot's of choices for food and shopping. The staff was alright about my pet. At night, there was alot going on in the parking lot at night after midnight and no one seemed compelled to do anything about it. The room was nice, and the inside was nice. "

"My first 212 smelled like a dog was staying there and pee and poo on the carpet my second room 222 have roaches in it. The bed was very uncomfortable the breakfast was not really a breakfast. I was very disappointed and I feel that Wyndham could have done a better job if they partner up with them ."
