J'ai attendu des heures pour que l'hรดtel identifie ma rรฉservation, hotels.com n'arrivait pas ร les joindre et ce fut trรจs long ce qui gรขche l'expรฉrience โ
"Except for a few front desk staff, I hardly found any employees who could communicate in English. The staff's appearance was not particularly neat. The room temperature was set to 29ยฐC, making it uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it didnโt work, so I couldn't adjust the temperature. It was quite different from Pan Pacific in Singapore, so keep this in mind when booking your stay.
