"While the staff, hotel and location were excellent there were a couple of minor issues. The television would not work properly and we advised the staff who attempted to fix it. The cleaning was not great, but just ok."

"The bed was really comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, the location is great for getting around as the station is so close. I also appreciated that the window in the room could open as I like fresh air. I didn’t like that you could hear the footsteps of the people on the floor above. The air conditioning system didn’t make sense to me and was hard to operate so the room was cold, not ideal when coming out of the shower. There wasn’t a phone in the room so no way to contact reception if I needed anything, this is also very questionable regarding safe guarding. My phone signal was exceptionally bad when in the room and you had to create an account to join the Wi-Fi which I didn’t want to do. If in need for one night it’s good enough, but I wouldn’t recommend staying any longer than that"

"Room was quirky (expected) and clean, but no decaf drinks. Restaurant was adequate but with good service. Breakfast wasn’t worth the £20 we paid in advance and was offered at £15 on check-in which was a more realistic price. A good place to stay in East London and we will probably go back but without ordering breakfast."

"Plenty of car parking when we arrive around 6.30pm. Friendly reception staff who were very informative. Room very clean and plenty of amenities in the room. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. "

"Such a perfect hotel if you are attending the O2 arena. We enjoyed a drink in the bar before leaving for a concert. Our room had the most amazing view and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again very happily!"

"The room smelt or sewage and the tv was not working until a nember of staff came and put it right. The breakfast was ok and the staff were good."
