โWe stayed here for the Cincinnati open and though it's a little bit of an older hotel, it was extremely clean and quaint. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and everyone was so nice. It's much better than your commercial hotels because they have an outside gazebo and tables to sit outside, surrounded with a fireplace and trees. Would definitely recommend.โ

โIt was extremely comfortable but I found the staff at the breakfast bar extremely rude. They yelled at customers for being in the way and when one guy was getting waffle batter, they actually yellled at him that they were refilling it. Very unfriendly. โ
โThe morning free breakfast was perfect! The parking lot was full a couple times and the front desk people were super nice and had me park in handicap. Iโm a disabled vet and that was very nice. It was a great experience!โ
โA bit stuffy room at first but you can tell the staff have high standards and excellent customer respect. Very close to tennis and very accommodating with shuttle service. Located close to amenities. Would come back. Appreciate that they donโt spray with fragrance. โ
โRoom was clean and comfortable. Young lady Nora at front desk was wonderful - very friendly and beyond helpful.
But, typical of Tru - lack of storage space if you were to be there beyond a couple of days.โ
