After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again.
