We had a great stay at the Beach Club Motel in Wasaga Beach! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly what we needed for our stay. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, which really made a difference. The pool was great, the location was convenient, and overall we had a really positive experience. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Wasaga Beach. 😊

The motel is quite old and needs some upgrades. The linens didn’t feel or smell clean, and we experienced power interruptions when using appliances at the same time. However, the staff were very accommodating and responsive.

The room was entirely inadequate, we left immediately and have requested a refund. We understood this was basic accommodation, but there was no dead bolt on the door (which leads directly outside), the floor was sticky, the window air conditioner was duct-taped in place and the bathroom was gross. No staff on site, which was handled fine - there was a number to call and the person was friendly and helpful. There were lock boxes to provide secure entry however if we had stayed and had any issues who would have been there to assist? We left and made the 5 hour drive home instead.

Clean room with a coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave. I enjoyed using the pool. I found the water temperature very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There is definitely some room for improvement. The check in process is not efficient. You have to call the staff to figure out how to check in. Need more staff available at the front desk. The room is not equipped with grab bars in the bathroom, especially the shower. The room could have been properly stocked with towels and linen upon arrival.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was well-maintained and the location is close to the beach and shops. The window air conditioners are a problem. The one in my room had control buttons missing so I could not adjust the temperature or adjust the direction or speed of the sir flow. They are old and need to be replaced. There is also an electrical load issue and you cannot run the coffee machine if the A/C is on because it will blow a circuit breaker.

The location was excellent, the pool was fantastic and the staff were welcoming and fantastic to deal with. The property itself was very run-down and unkempt. The vending machine was completely out of order, there were holes in the walls, buttons missing from the air conditioners in both rooms making them extremely difficult to operate, tiles missing from the bathroom floor, pieces of trim out of place, etc.
