No hot water. The floors had major water damages and all flooring was loose and a trip hazard . All the linen was very worn and the pillows should have been replaced years ago .the smoke detector was missing and the furniture was absolutely appalling ! I cant think of a worse possible motel in my travels. None of the advertised amenities on there website were present or were in total shambles. The health dept should and will be informed about this motel . Do your self a favor and just drive by this place .

Disappointing
We needed a hotel that would accept pets, but in all our travels I've never had to ask for TP because it wasn't in the bathroom, nor was there even a holder for a roll of TP. The box springs on the bed was broken so the bed sagged to the floor. I am hoping that it's a case of new ownership and they are in the process of renovation and we just caught them on a bad day but we moved to another hotel for the rest of the trip

First the door knob was loose in the door 2. Most of the electric outlets are worn out. 3. Had no hot water for the shower. 4. The toilet seat was loose. 5. The toilet paper holder was missing.

Needed to be cleaned better no hot water had to let the acc run before using it had seen a baby roach bed was comfy just was to dusty I was itchy could handle it

As soon as we got into our hotel AC was not working and it had been a hot day. We found huge dead cockroaches all over the restroom. It was so disgusting we didn’t even want to use the toilet. I will be calling back to try to get a refund.

This place has bed bugs!!! We were all bitten and covered when we woke up. The sheets smelled and there were 2 dead roaches on the floor so they clearly don’t clean in between guests if ever. The water didn’t get hot so we used cold water to shower. And the air conditioner was broke had to turn it back on every 30 mins it would go off. The man at the front said he would not talk to me about any of this. The only thing good about this place is its close to where i was going.

The room smelled terrible. We attempted to contact someone about our room, but there was nobody available. We ended up driving to another motel to stay at.

although the staff was considerate and friendly this is a shabby accommodation and although i am able to tolerate this i'm sure many others would find it to be unacceptable ... i was grateful that the wifi worked fine

Never seen such a filthy place. Dirty bathroom, dirty linens, no wi-fi. Absolutely horrible. Should not be listed on Expedia.

I was excited to book here because it was 8 minutes to the prison for my visits, whereas I usually stay at a hotel 25 minutes away due to price. So when I first get there at 4:15pm I check in, it was fairly an easy check in until the man was asking me for a $20 cash deposit for the key. No where online does it mention this fee, should I have known I would have prepared. Thankfully the man gave me the key. We get to the room and it is not at all what I expected. The queen bed that I picked over a week ago that would’ve been perfect for us 3, was a full, so it was going to be tight, and the fridge didn’t work. No lights in the whole room except a bathroom light and one lamp. Thankfully the tv was bright. So I drop them off and head for my visit. I get back around 7:30pm where I start prepping my 2 year old son for his bath, there was no shower curtain at all, so water was all over the floor in front of this stand up shower. I have my poor baby naked in this shower thinking the water would heat up fast. NO. 3-5 minutes go by and I had to pull my baby out cause he was shivering and the water had yet to get warm. I go to the front office where it is a lady now. I ask if anything is wrong with the water heater? She then stated “no, I was taking a shower at 5pm and it was very hot” so I advise her that I have had the water running for 5-10 minutes now with no luck. She advised me to “keep waiting as it takes a while now that it’s cold, but she will go check it out” so I go back

I hadn't seen a motel so discusting it was roach infested i could not sleep because all night i was with a slipper keeping the roaches off the bed when i used the bathroom a roach the size of a toy car was in the shower and it was so full of roach droppings i also the water loomed like milk i could not even brush my teeth or wash my hands im so traumatized by the whole experience.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. We go to the hotel and grabbed the keys. We looked inside and it smelled like smoke. We walked around for a bit and we saw so many cockroaches. The fridge was even filled with them. We asked for a separate room and it was still the same things. We asked for a refund and they did not allow that. It was extremely disgusting being in the rooms. Terrible experience.

Old and dirty.
This is a Indian slum, and they take $20.00 deposit, for key. People seem to want to leave the hotel in a hurry after witnessing the deplorable conditions. Its not worth $70.00. Carpet was dirty, oily like a garage. Unsafe neighborhood, I saw a S. African guy with a loud music in 1:30 am, starring at me for no reason. I stayed here between my move from south to north. Old&Dirty.

This motel was very dirty, the bathroom had no door, the shower had no curtain. In general was very bad impression. They need to make renovations and need staff for cleaning. I'm sorry to say that but don't want that any other customer feels that have been cheated.

The room was bad dirty and with holes. I hope that my reservation for Veracruz is not half as bad. Because if not I will no longer use your site to any of my trips.

Room need some fixing. Tv remote wasn’t working. People keep knocking on door looking for other people and yelling outside late at night. Restroom was very small, no door or curtain for shower.

Where to start? The property smells like urine. The room was humid, the walls are full of holes, stains everywhere, the drapes were sticky, tv doesn’t work, half the lamps don’t have lamp shades, the tub was leaking, broken pictures on the walls. Too many random cars coming and going about every 10 minutes. Read the negative Yelp reviews, they are accurate.

This place is very bad the heater didn't work the comforters in the beds are very thin and now this weather is so cold you need something nice and warm they don't have very nice beddings and I pay for one room with two queens bed and when I got there I only got one bed everything is very bad I will never ever recommend this to anybody please don't go there!!!!
