“The Old Rose and Crown is in a quiet location on the edge of the Lickey Hills surrounded by grass and trees. It is easy to reach from the M5.
The room was well set out with comfortable bed, sofa and chairs, and en suite.
The only downside was that no food is provided on site but there are a couple of pub / restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel. If you need to drive into the city centre from the hotel at peak times this will take about an hour.

“We really enjoyed our stay. I am a scrounge when paying for meals out But we thought the evening meal was good value. The waiters where very helpful and helped to make it a great success. ONE FAULT WAS I DIDN'T REALISE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING. BEFORE WARNED.!

“Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking.
We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them.
Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money before checking out.
All staff we encountered were nice and polite - would 100% stay...
