โVery efficient, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The surrounding area felt a bit run down and unsafe. However the train station was nearby and there are several bus routes available. โ
โWhat a find. On driving up to the lroperty, we were taken back with the beauty. We were apprehensive asnon a univereity site but to need to be at all.
Check in easy and free parking.
Walked through busy bar (2 weddings on) but no issues at all. A little noise heard from room until music finished but was grand.
Our dog also had a super time

โGreat hotel in a great location for our needs, within a short walking distance of the Bullring for shopping and Chinatown for eating, with lots of bars and restaurants close by along the canals.
Can be a bit noisy and lively at the weekend with the nightlife close by, but it didn't affect us, as our room was to the rear.โ
โHotel was quiet, have stayed there a few times and will return, restaurant staff area amazingly friendly and helpful during breakfast. Will highly recommend โ
โStayed here a few nights and enjoyed it. Air conditioning working as it should but missed being able to open a window to get some air. Bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Amazing shower and loved how the bathroom is configured. Parking is ยฃ15 per night and is valid up till midnight even when checking out. Breakfast was ok, caters for everyone. Yeah I would stay here again.โ
