“The room was clean and beautiful”

“The room is definitely aged but considering the price I paid no big deal. It was all clean but you can tell there are things that need to be fixed or updated. The staff was SUPER friendly!! I would highly especially if you have a family and need some space and don’t want to feel stressed about being a family in a hotel. We will be staying here again!”

Bathroom door was falling apart, with lotion or soap chunks left on it. Furniture had dirt marks and needing to be shampooed or replaced. Convenient to the event center, only reason to return. “The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. “There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference”

“Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!”

“The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel is exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Also nice to stretch our legs for an easy walk through the park to Red Robin for dinner. ”

“The room is clean but there was no breakfast that was promised as is listed and I did not know that there was a deposit which I barely had enough money to pay for and I was under the impression it was a refundable deposit that I would get it back which wasn't and the guy when I checked in was very rude and he gave me a lot of attitude when I checked in and I will never stay there again”
