“The hotel was quintessential NOLA..small intimate full of character being an older space. The hotel being aged does not mean it has to smell awful. Since they have no air conditioning it was very damp and hot and smelled like mold and mildew. The rooms also only had a small window unit which did not really cool the room in the summer heat. The attached bar was also hot and smelled bad. Staff was very kind is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.”

“The haunted hotel was great its walking distance to everything. The lore behind the place is fascinating and we had some paranormal but the ghost seem friendly. The staff are super friendly makes thst worth the stay just on that alone.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Roosevelt. It was a great location to experience the city on foot. At check in, Alexis found out it was our anniversary and sent a lovely gift basket to our room. I was refreshing to have daily (and sometimes mulit-daily) room service with clean towels brought in and our room picked up. We had forgotten how nice real service can be and the staff at the Roosevelt reminded us. Thank you for your service with a smile while we were there.”
