“Great hotel in a great location. Just enough outside of the nightlife, but still very walkable to most attractions. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and a great size. You have to request room cleaning but it was no problem. Our mini fridge wasn't working and when we called the front desk to let them know, they quickly brought us up a new fridge. “We arrived on Saturday around noon, the front desk staff 10/10 then I went into the restroom, very disappointed 1 stall was full of poop and the wash area trash was overflowing. Then went up to our room and I had forgotten my toothbrush, I seen one of the housekeeper's just asked "do you know if they offer complimentary toothbrushes"? She was downright RUDE! ”

There is no breakfast in the mornings just coffee and it looks like the bar in the hotel is permanently closed. The pool was small, but refreshing, looks like they did not clean the pool area every morning as they were cigarette butts and ashes around, even though smoking was not allowed . They have paid parking directly behind the hotel, but be leery, someone keyed my Jeep while I was there. ...
