“The TV did not work. Had to buy DVDs to play. Left front burner doesn't get hot enough and the oven knob has no temperature for cooking on it. I was told one price and charged another. Would never stay again as it had too many steps and would not get the TV to work ”

“Condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy access to the main road to get downtown. Condo does not have AC which apparently is normal for Seattle, but there are fans in every room. A+ on the Vornado fan!! Comment on Seattle not the condo: There is a lot of visible drug use on the streets and homelessness is rampant.”

“The mountainous view from the chalet decks just can’t be beat! My only complaint is where they chose to park RVs for summertime help. none the less, it’s easy to tune out the rigs if you stay in an upper chalet. Fully equipped. Our unit also had a heated bathroom floor which was a bonus. Self check in work well and the on-site manager was additionally very helpful. Suite was within an Older building with a slight stale smell that dissipated once the room was aired out. Better stale air...
