밤 늦게 도착하여 매우 피곤한 상태여서 빨리 방에서 쉬고 싶은 상태에서 받은 방은 옆방과 연결되는 방이었음. 연방과 연결되는 문에 잠금 장치가 파손되어 있어서 옆방에서 우리방으로 들어오고자 하면 막을 수 있는 방법이 없는 상태였음. 방을 교체해 달라고 해도 그냥 사용하면 된다고 했고 옆방에 투숙객이 있냐고 물었을때는 옆방에 사람이 있다고 했음. 그럼에도 계속 방을 이용하라고 했고...방이 안전한 상태가 아님으로 교체해 달라고 하는 요구는 빨리 수용이 안 되었음. 방 교체 교구하고 1시간 뒤에 다른방으로 받을 수 있었음. 실제로 빈방이 많음에도 불구하고 즉각적인 교체는 이루어 지지 않았음.

호텔 객실은 좋았지만 전체 분위기가 너무 어두웠음. 이용객이 많지 않은것도 있고 오래돤 호텔이라 리모델링이 필요해 보임

The rooms and lobby are kept well, but the parking garage is disgusting. There were huge leakages and tons of bird droppings everywhere. $32/night for parking is highway robbery, considering there is no other option unless you traveled without a car. The facility itself is dated and needs to be modernized. The best part was the staff, who were warm and inviting. The television was not compatible with streaming, nor did the TV guide buttons work. I also had difficulty connecting to the wifi. Would not return.

This property seemed veey dated in the rooms. As well as the elevator. Lobby was beautiful and grand. Bathtub had rust in it. Paint job in the common hallway, elevators, and rooms seemed amaturish. Common area in lobby for microwaving food was motel esk.

Stayed here for 1 night, the rooms were spacious and the room was clean .check in was a bit slow and the staff was fine . The view from room was good too, it’s quiet near dc, perfect for our trip . Overall, would recommend this place .

The hotel swapped our reservation for 2 double beds to one king without asking us. Then said they were out of double beds when we arrived at 10pm. They blamed it on Expedia for over booking.

It was very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery, but the facility itself seemed as if it had not recieved much investment in a very long time. Everything seemed old and worn out and a little rough around the edges. The staff was very helpful, though, and did a great job helping us.

I booked this property based on the pictures on the Expedia listing but when I arrived, I was given a room in building two. This was across the driveway from the main building. The building and room were much below the standards from the pictures on the Expedia listing and a Marriott Brand hotel. My room was in the basement which necessitated carrying all my bags down half a floor before I could reach the elevator. The view out the window was of weeds and garbage. The building was eerily quiet and seemed empty. I did not feel comfortable. The toilet bowl ran all night and the safe was open in the locked position, so it was unusable. In the morning the next day, I called the front desk several times to ask someone to come fix the toilet and the safe. When no one showed up after about 30 minutes, I went to the front desk to complain. A very nice staff member listened to all of my complaints and eventually transferred me to a room in the main building. This room was a vast improvement, and I felt much more comfortable in the main building. Overall, however, I did not feel that either room or building was up to the standard of the Marriott brand. Despite the name of the hotel, it is not walkable to Pentagon city and requires either a shuttle ride or Uber to get to the mall or catch the metro. The free shuttle runs once an hour and was very reliable, but an hourly shuttle with a last pickup of 9:45 is not convenient. Finally, don’t book via third-party if you want Bonvoy points.

I had two rooms two nights reservation and they were not only charging more money but taking me out of the room because there was another group reservation that needed my rooms. When I came back they were sold out and moved me to another hotel. I had to come back because they kept my luggage at the lobby. I had to wait 30min. At the lobby because there were no staff at the counter. Safe your money and time. Also Expedia has the ad that this rooms holds 4 guest but the price is based on 2 guest and they charge u a third and fourth guest an extra fee. I asked and Expedia told me to speak at the counter them. When I checked in they told me that the fee is from Expedia. It was a false price deal. Horrible experience on this trip. Overall bed, room, location very comfortable and convenient.

Very nice hotel in not that great of an area but super close to Reagan National! Shuttle driver dropped me off way before the entrance for the actual airline so I got lost in the airport but I did make it home. Thank you!
