The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and just a quick drive to the historic downtown Charleston Peninsula. I will undoubtedly stay here again."

Very loud when the compressor kicked on. However, the room was kept comfortably cool. Front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful."

Also would have been good to have toiletries available for purchase? We forgot toothpaste and had to run to a store. The gym is not well equipped. The hotel looks nice but could definitely offer some simple conveniences for a better experience."

"They didnt have breakfast for us which I thought it was included! The room was ok. It was the air conditioner that had a terrible noise. It sounded like a plane was taking off or landing. They had only 2 luggage carts!!! Unbelievable I purchased insurance as well, can I get any money back? Charged us $16 to park in a handicap spot. We should be compensated for this hotel."
