"The young lady at the airport where you get the shuttle was one of the happiest people I met. Since the van already left, she attempted to call it back but it was too late. She grabbed my luggage cart and pushed it to an area where we could wait. When the van arrived, she came and got us and again pushed the cart to the waiting van. Excellent employee. On arrival, check in was quick. The room was surprisingly big and comfortable. We had lunch there which was very good. The next day, our flight left at 2330 Hrs. They said we could stay in the room for two hours after check out or for 400 baht, stay until 1800 Hrs. That was a whole lot better then sitting at the airport. There are many restaurants across the street. There is a pedestrian crossing with a light just down from the hotel. Still, do not rely on drivers actually stopping. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious rooms. We had a small kitchen area with complimentary waters, coffee, and tea. The pool area was lovely, and Happy Hour had a nice selection of drinks. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, it was very good, as was the included breakfast buffet. The buffet included a variety of Western and Asian dishes, and omelets made to order. Complimentary transportation was included to and from the airport, about 10 minutes away. There was a small night market across the street and a mall, with many food stalls. We would definitely stay there again, as it is very nice and convenient to the airport."

"About the safety, the room inside you cannot lock . And they have two buildings connecting with steel bridge and anyone can in and out that isn’t access . "
