โThe Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines.โ
โLovely hotel, great location for the castle and old town. Really nice spa/pool to relax in after day of exploring. Really nice staff and great recommendations from the concierge. All transport arranged with the hotel and the drivers were fantastic.
Also Very helpful with my parents who both have wheelchairs.โ

โLovely place. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the street, great for people watching and also the local buskers as well as a great location to sight see. Brilliant. We were able to walk all over Krakow centre with ease - its very well sited and were able to get a Bolt back to the airport from a place just up the road. Brilliant Breakfast, and they did us one in a bag on our last day as we were leaving early. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommended.โ
โThis was my first ever booking at an apartment and I was so pleasantly surprised. The high ceilings made the space feel so much bigger (not that it was small). Loved the kitchen and the bathroom was exceptional! Will keep this location on my list when returning to Krakรณw!โ
โOur train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated!
