“Reception was closed (for referb I think) and we were not able to get in contact with the staff at the hotel very easily, had to go to the shop next door and ask them to ring the hotel staff, phone number was wrong on this app, mine was too for some reason so this is a hotels.com issue really. Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in.

“Was too noisy and not that clean and should be. Other rooms had sleepers but in our room was not available. Seems like they gave as the worst room, that should be for the staff not for the guests…”

“Great location wonderful service great staff room was beautiful and clean. Everybody was very attentive. I really loved it recommended.”
