When I contacted the hotel, the front desk simply instructed me to send an email. Despite providing a detailed explanation by email, I did not receive any response whatsoever.”

“The room was clean and quiet. We felt relax and recharged. No bad points. Efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!”

“A very handsome hotel with a diligent staff and a bountiful breakfast. While the room was somewhat spartan and the bath a tad difficult for a less than agile body, the city views were welcome and the bed restful.”

“Nice room, free shuttle is very helpful”

“Reception and Breakfast were highly excellent. I recommend staying for the visitors in Penta Hotel.”
