“Was great”

“Except that the bathroom knob was broke and had to fix it for an hour, it was great”

“While the hotel had been recently, “updated,” it did not really help. I would not stay there again.”

“Clean rooms, quick and easy check in and check out, free parking in the main parking garage or valet parking is offered as well, room was very cozy, shower was my favorite part, bed was clean and comfortable, area even on Halloween on a Saturday was pretty quiet and felt safe, you have a few places within walking distance, the South Park mall was very close to the property. Very nice experience will book again”

“Great stay! Highly recommend. We will always make it a point to stay here when we come to town.”

“I think it was clean. And the staff who was in the check in counter was so kind. ”

“Ballantyne is a beautiful area and Alofts are always relatively nice. The room was slightly aging and could use some upkeep, but nothing drastic.”

“The breakfast was really bad. It didn’t taste good. Also, the breakfast items kept running out so you had to wait around just to get bad quality food. However, the worst part of all was the dirtiness of the employees. The female worker would bring out eggs and potatoes and had a dirty rag touching the food. She knowingly didn’t care about serving people food that was touching against her dirty rags. The hotel needs to do better. The eggs came along with with cotton strings from her dirty towels....
