"Second time staying here. I had forgotten or I would’ve booked elsewhere. No hot water at 8am!!! Foyer looks great but then you take elevator to floor and see hallways need an update. Door locks have been updated. Room was ok. Just wasn’t my cup of tea."

"This is a good overnight if you are on a road trip and need a place to stay the night. But it is right in front of a large venue for concerts and sports events. Could be quiet could be loud "

"Terrible parking system, added an extra $66 to my stay. I paid for a King room, got a 2 queen instead. TV stopped working, had to call maintenance to fix. Housekeeping came at 8am trying to clean our room, well before we checked out. No breakfast. Close to midtown mall, that was the only plus. Will not stay here again. "
