"Check-in was quick and easy. Property and room were well maintained. Room was clean and spacious. Our plans changed and we did not need the final night we had originally booked. The hotel graciously did not charge us for the extra night. Would recommend!"

"The door to the eating establishment or the bar attached was not marked well. exterior entrances were easier to access instead of though the lobby. The staff stated "to go to the end of the hallway" and there were 2 doors without markers indicating the bar or the restaurant was in this direction. toilet was new but did make running sounds all night even after having someone look at it shortly after check in. The door to the bathroom needed to remain closed to avoid the sound. the bathroom door also stuck and required force to open and close. The entrance to the room had door handwear loose and missing a screw. this was corrected shortly after reporting it. staff were busy and one guy seemed overwhelmed but remained calm. He was not able to assist the patron he was serving but he did listen to the issue and let the patron vent his concerns about booking issues."

"Great room with a nice overlook of the plaza below and the river/Broadway Bridge. Very much like a boutique hotel. Comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and obliging. Quickly resolved minor issues. Good value and excellent location near the art gallery and a 5-minute walk into downtown. And a 10-12 minute walk across the bridge to the Broadway area. Next time in the city, will definitely stay there."
