“Clean and convenient hotel.”

“This hotel itself is substandard. The overall condition of the building is just sad. She is a tired old building that should be totally refurbished. On top of that, the "breakfast" was prepackaged muffins, ugly fruit... instant scrambled eggs. The counters in the breakfast area were disgusting and sticky. The person who checked us in was outstanding. She was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and kind. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. ”

“Check in was easy and swift. Got to our room and it had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom counters were covered in cigarette burns, the ceiling had yellow stains. Our ice bucket had mold in it so had to go to desk for a new one. There was dirt and dust everywhere and hair in the shower. The "breakfast " was beyond basic(pop tarts, plain bagels and dry cereal). The fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night. And to top it off, house keeper walked in the room as I was freshly...

“Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.”
