"We were very pleased with our room, but were very disappointed by the renovations being done and pool permanently closed. We were there for an anniversary trip and were under the impression we could swim. It was very disappointing that it said nothing about the pool. "

"Never judge a book by its cover, this place is absolutely beautiful!! The lady assisting us with check in was so kind. She gave us waters and showed us where breakfast would be and how to get up to our room. Our room was very nice and clean. They have full size shampoos and body wash. The beds were nice and soft. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re visiting the area, book this hotel. We will be back again soon. "
"The property great how you set my reservation for a jacuzzi suite which was under maintenance i had a room that i felt overcharged for, your error. Then your rep offers a 50 token or whatever, i want my reservation refunded."
