“Location is very convinient if you use bernaqua.
But poor english level for receptionists. If you are not german speaker don't expecting the information in details. Answer rudely even if they didn't understand my question at the front desk.
There is No professionnalisme
! Check well your credit card bill after check out !
They took some cost from my credit card, which i didn't use, without asking or checking further.
No word of sorry or try to solve quickly because 'it's very busy season...

“The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere.
We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer.
Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road....

“The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel.”
