"The place delivered on our objectives for our stay but note it could be considered average (3/5) pending your expectations. On the plus side it is brilliantly located on Main St, at a tram stop, really easy to come and go from. Our room was huge so brilliant for being on the road when you are living out of cases. "The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean, tidy and odorless as well as organized. The conditioner bottle was just lying in the tub upon our arrival. The adhesive obviously gave way. This was reported to the front desk representative upon checking out. He stayed he would report it to house keeping. This is a great hotel, which is why we continue to come back whenever we are in Memphis! "
