"Elevator access to room was confusing at first. Reception desk did not alert that there was two different parrallel hallways one of which is not immediately visible depending what elevator you exit. It took longer than usual to find my room. Also signs were not intuitive. Most hotels list room number ranges from lowest to highest. Flamingo was the reverse. Rooms were very clean but starting to look dated and showing wear in wall coverings and bathroom sealing around shower frame."

"We always stay at Excalibur and love the location. This time we did a self check in and that was smooth. Some areas needed attention but it was very busy that weekend so I'm sure they were very busy. Room was also in good condition. Housekeepers were nice about coming back since we were still getting ready."

"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."
