"It's a great location and very beautiful hotel. Maybe if you're a VIP guest, the service would be better, but for general customers, the check in was like an immigration line up waiting to be processed - impersonal, sterile, just another number. While the room was spacious, clean and well appointed, there was not even complimentary water in the room. Pools were luxurious, and breakfast at Sadell's Cafe was amazing. "
