“The place is being remodeled and it's lot of mess all around in door and out door. Second breakfast was Continental not full service. But the rooms are big and new.”

“Rooms were clean, could update furniture and blue carpet needs to go. Personally I do would tile or engineered wood floors for help with clean up in pet friendly rooms. Nice large area to walk our dog. We would stay here again.”

“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

“Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”

“There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .”

“Room was clean and ready to go! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! Parking lot is a bit small but there was a wedding the next day hosted at the place so there was alot of cars but nothing crazy.”

“We stayed on the third floor which got us our exercise. They were painting and doing some updates so that’s always good. Loved having only a short walk to Cooperstown. Great stay!”
