โWe stayed for the outdoor pool, but were very impressed by the comfortable beds, cleanliness, free breakfast and free evening food offerings (very tasty). Staff was very polite. We would definitely stay again.โ
โThe breakfast was really not that bad for a continental breakfast. I thought the potatoes amd sausage were very yummy. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a sack of potatoes. Also, the room was nice and quiet and private. โ
โThis hotel was AMAZING!! We celebrated my daughter's birthday and we were well taken care of! The front desk receptionist took the time to decorate our door, with print outs and a birthday banner; gave her cookies; spent her own money on dip n dots ice cream and even found the definition of her name and printed/laminated it for her!! The pool was amazing and the entire place is clean and well kept! The breakfast was awesome as well! We will absolutely be backโ
โRoom was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. A little drama went on in the parking lot but was quickly handled. Even though it says East, hotel is actually on the West end of Louisville.โ
โThe staff went absolutely above and beyond for us. We were traveling for a funeral at short notice and needed a much later arrival time. So accomodating and very welcoming and understanding.โ
