"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed with how well maintained and clean the property was. The resort itself was beautiful, the views were lovely, and the beach was fantastic. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. There are a few areas where I feel the guest experience could be enhanced. At times, I felt the front desk could have been a little more welcoming and proactive when communicating with guests or assisting with requests. A bit more enthusiasm and attention to guest needs would have made an already pleasant experience even better. That said, the majority of the staff throughout the resort were wonderful and provided excellent service. We also found that some of the dining experiences, particularly the Italian restaurant, did not quite meet our expectations in terms of quality and value for the price. There is certainly an opportunity to improve the overall dining experience. Our room was cleaned well, although we felt that housekeeping could have visited a little more frequently, as some amenities were occasionally not replenished as needed. One of the main issues we experienced was the noise from the air conditioning unit. It was quite loud when operating and made it difficult to sleep at times. In speaking with a few other couples, we learned that they had experienced similar issues, so this may be something worth looking into. Despite these minor concerns, we truly enjoyed our stay ."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Amazing shower. Lots of shops near by (all walking distance). The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The best part for me was the boat that takes you to their private island at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place."

"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for two nights, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained, and being right on the beach made the stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the atmosphere and the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Aruba."

Bocobay Gold Coast Resort

"The property is about 20-30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the main resort strip. 5 minutes from a supermarket and 3 minutes from OPUS restaurant my favorite. The property and grounds are extremely clean, parking is directly in front of the front door ( amazing). The villa is dual level. The kitchen is small but usable.could use a little upgrade at the sink area. We needed extra pot which was brought to us very quickly. I actually had food delivered before we got to Aruba and it was in the villa when we got there. The beds were comfortable. Shower in master bedroom needs a sliding door fit to the floor gets soak when you shower. The pools are well maintained and restaurant on premises is food wise was good. Out of the two girls that works there one of them not friendly and should not be there. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again. Since the property gets tourist I would recommend have a little fruit stand inside the complex. Everyone I met was asking about coconuts and Mangoes which was difficult for us to find. "

"We had the best stay at JOIA Aruba! The staff was so friendly and genuinely made us feel welcome from day one. The resort was spotless, and you could tell they took great care of everything. We loved having different pools to choose from and so many cabanas to relax in throughout the day. Every restaurant was amazing, and the food never disappointed. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the day—the buffet had such a huge selection and everything was delicious. We already can’t wait to come back!"
