“Everything was great except the room had a horrible smell of mold. Otherwise it was relatively clean and had good phone chargers and laundry on site. Would be a 5 out of 5 if not for the mold!”

“I love the enclosed balcony very private but still able to enjoy the weather”

“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number. I didn’t use anything in this hotel. It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge. I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front. Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect. I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans. I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message BUT...

“Love that they had breakfast and free parking”

“The room was very neat. The staff was excellent. The halls and common area were beautifully maintained. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. I suffered back pain the next two days. Outside of the mattress issues, I have no other complaints.”

“Man look. This ain’t look NOTHING like the picture. What are yall doing ? Not 1 palm tree gang.”

“They were very polite and helpful. Clean rooms and dining area. Evening front desk lady was so nice!”

“Nice location! Our room was nice and clean. 18 floors and half the time the Elevators were not working and when they were, they were very, very slow. However, they did have people working on them, so hopefully, they are better. I would stay again because of location.”
