โOur stay was great, very easy check in and out and great room for what we needed. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the room was perfect for our one night stay. โ
โThe Marsh suited my needs perfectly as a solo traveler, it was quiet and accessible, great communication as needed, and friendly onsite staff. It's a simple and clean place with cute decor, and nice patio to hang out if desired. Close to the St. Charles streetcar and a lovely cafe nearby as well. I will definitely stay here again!โ
โThe staff was absolutely lovely! From the moment I was greeted at the door, to the wonderful breakfast, to the quiet, peaceful morning. It was a great place to breath and relax before stepping into the bustle of the city.โ
โThe front desk was very professional and courteous! We enjoyed the music as well!
We stayed in the Little Richard suite. I just wished the shower pressure was a little better. Other than that I give it a 10!โ
โWe stayed here on a budget trip to NOLA. We had low expectations, but overall, this motel was decent. There was a bad smoke smell in my room that was not taken care of. The guy at the front desk tried to tell us we couldn't eat in our room. Other than that, the stay was what we needed. If you want a decent breakfast, bring cookware and more food because breakfast is only waffles and bread. โ
โThis hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed. โ
