"If you want to stay in a place that smells like marijuana and mold, with cockroaches practically playing soccer in the room, then this is definitely the hotel for you. In my 49 years of life, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Despite our complaints, they refused to change our room. We were forced to stay in that disgusting room with a 15-year-old child. The room was filthy, smelled unbearable, and the overall condition of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The management showed zero concern for guest comfort or hygiene. This experience completely ruined our stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away unless you want to waste your money and ruin your vacation."

"The best part about this hotel waa the free parking and the manager Marlene. Dallas (one of the people at the front desk) was not helpful as when we got to our room, the shower was moldy and rusty and the room smelled weird. I told Dallas about it and he said all of the rooms are probably like that and I can talk to the housekeeping manager the next morning and show her the shower. I didn't take a shower that evening and went down the next morning to talk to the new person (Marlene) who was at the front desk. She moved me to another room after I told her what happened. The showee was better but I think they just need to redo all the bathrooms in this hotel. Dallas needs some sort of training. In addition to the room situation, my cousin asked Dallas if the coffee was fresh and/or how long was it sitting. Dallas responded and said I don’t make the coffee, it's not my job. He just didn't seem helpful at all."

"Very disappointing stay. The area around the hotel had a very strong trash smell throughout the streets nearby, which made the experience unpleasant. The valet service was especially disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and when I requested my car, it was left near a trash area instead of the hotel entrance, with little assistance or communication. I had to carry and load luggage on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, there was confusion regarding the pet fee, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."
